MDM Driver Training Ltd

In 2003, the EU passed the Driver CPC EU Directive and affects all professional LGV and PCV Drivers. For new Drivers, it introduces a new initial qualification, the Driver Certificate of professional competence (Driver CPC) which increases the amount of knowledge that drivers need before they can drive.

All drivers new and existing will then have to undertake 35 hours training every five years to ensure that their drivers CPC is current. This is known as periodic training and becomes effective from 10th September 2009.

Achieving Driver CPC will bring benefits, but businesses need to understand the implications and the ways to maximise benefits while minimising disruption.

MDM Driver Training is a new name, but the people behind it - Mark Ryland and Mandie Turner - are not. They understand the industries they serve and are committed to a no nonesense approach to improving business through training.
MDM Driver Training will help you plan your training programme, minimise business disruption and deliver value for money. It can also achieve added value by integrating with assurance schemes and business standards such as Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops (TASCC), Fetiliser Industry Assurance Scheme (FIAS) and ISO 9001, 14001, 22000.
