The Courses We Offer

MDM Driver Training has produced 6 half day courses covering a wide range of subjects.  Training requirements under JAUPT rules means that 2 courses are required per day to make 7 hours training.  The courses have been developed to get the most from the time allowable and the most from the delegates attending.  We aim to engage with 100% of our course audience 100% of the time!

New Code of Practice due out in February 2018 means updated training for drivers is required.

This customer service based training course is for drivers engaged in agricultural movements.  Intergration with the AIC trade assurance scheme gives double value for money.  This course takes care of all the refresher training required by the TASCC scheme  - giving peace of mind and freeing up valuable time of key staff.

Alos a great choice for those companies / drivers coming to TASCC from GTAS

A look at the history of H&S, and how we have got to where we are today!  Responsible - who is responsible - for us, and others?  Risk of physical injury,  vehicle and loading / unloading risks.  Site manoevuring.  Driving skills,  Interpersonal skills.  All with a common sense approach to the subject!

EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK - Qualsafe Certificate Issued

A one day course covering the roles and responsibilities of an emergency first aider, assessing an incident, managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR and defibrillation, recovery position, choking, seizures, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries.

A mixture of topics including licence categories, Driver CPC update, operators licecnes.  Traffic regulations, Highway code.  A look at what prosecutions have happened, patterns, misconceptions, OCRS and the driver.  Details of what has been in the news recently, what is changing in the industry and planning for the future.
